Waste Plastic Reduction

For a better environment our plants use the latest technology to convert non-recyclable waste plastic into Chemicals and Recycled Carbon Fuel.

How we do it

PREPARATION

Plastic Waste from industries or households get collected. The plastic is pretreated, dried and shredded before it is ready to be processed in our plants.

PROCESS

The shredded waste plastic is transformed in our plants through a pyrolysis process. The output from the process is Carbon Fuel and Gas.

REFINERY

The Carbon Fuel is refined into chemicals like naphtha and is used for production of new plastic. The process is able to upgrade poluted waste platics into new plastic.

Plastic

A lot of waste plastic is suitable for recycling. If it can be recycled it should be recycled. Our plants can handle the non-recyclable plastic.That is the type of plastic we are aiming at.

Which is often contaminated with organic materials is very suitable for our plants 

OCEAN PLASTIC

Our plants are a very suitable solution for the fight to clean up the Oceans for plastic

CAR SCRAP

Waste plastic that is a leftover from scrapping of cars and electronics are suitable for us 

How it works

How does the magic work?

In fact, is not magic at all. The technology behind our plants is a pyrolysis technology which has been known for years. Now we use this technology to incinerate plastic.
The main products that come out of this process is Carbon Fuel and Natural Gas.
Our partners refines the Carbon Fuel into chemicals which is used for production of new plastic or chemical detergents.
The Natural Gas reused for the pyrolysis process which means our plants use only limited amount of external energy supplies.

We are far ahead in the planning and preparation for the first plant.

Sweden

We are looking into areas as Stockholm and Malmoe. 

USA

We are far in the prepararions for the first plant to be built in USA.

Norway

We are looking into the country primarily around Oslo and Stavanger.

Chemical Recycling

There are many advantages of chemical recycling.

  1. It accelerates circular economy and increases recycling rates by utilizing a wider range of waste plastics than traditional, mechanical recycling
  2. It decreases dependency on crude oil imports and lowers the carbon footprint of products
  3. It produces high-quality end products – new plastics, chemicals and fuels – that can be used as drop-in solutions in all current applications
  4. It supports global reduction of plastic waste and helps phase out landfilling

Don't transport waste over longer distances!

We believe that waste should be managed, recycled or removed as close to the source as possible. Our seas, railways or roads should not be occupied with transportation of waste. It is expensive and not good for the environment.

Our plants have a size that match local needs. We place them strategically close to cities or industries who have the non-recyclable plastic waste.

If the demand increases we can eaily scale up the capacity of the plant.

This both reduces transportation cost but it also provides clear tracability to where the plastic waste ends.

Proven technology.

Our Technology Provider and Partners have already plants in operation. On a worldwide scale 26 plants are daily processing waste plastic. Some of them have been in operation for years. 

40 Tons a day Plant

This is the biggest size of plants in our portfolio. This plant is suitable for areas with a large amount of domestic households like you will find it in the Copenhagen or Stockholm area.

The 20 Tons plant

This plant can process 6.400 tons of plastic every year. This is more or less the equal to the amount of household waste plastic collected from medium size cities in Scandinavia. 

Mobile Plant

This plant is build into a 40ft container and can be moved by truck or sea to any suitable location where there is a need to process waste plastic for a shorter period of time.

Small mobile plant

This 50 kg plant is build into a 20ft container and can be moved by truck or sea to any suitable location where there is a need to process waste plastic for a shorter period of time.
